We’ll spend time at sea every single day with 2 dives, looking for sharks and all other marine species we can encounter. We’ll also spend the last day visiting the Pink Sand Beach.

You need to be an ADVANCED Open Water Diver to participate in this expedition to make sure you are comfortable in the open ocean surrounded by sharks.

A dive Insurance is mandatory for this trip, we recommend DAN or other insurance like Diveassure. A Travel insurance isn’t mandatory but advised.

If you have it, we recommend bringing your own diving gear (mask, snorkel, fins, wetsuit) and camera gear.

PROGRAM
DAY 1
Everyone must be in Papeete in the morning. You will need to take a plane (about 1 hour) from Tahiti to Fakarava. We’ll pick you up at your arrival at the airport. Once there, we’ll meet the local crew and jump on a boat for our boat ride from Fakarava North to Fakarava South in the afternoon (about 1h45mn)
Once we arrive everyone will get to his room unpack his luggage and we'll meet at diner for the Main Briefing of the Week.
The diving program will be shaped by the tide schedule.

DAY 6
In the morning, you will explore the beautiful pink sand beach 10mn away by boat from our accommodation. In the afternoon let's go out with our local captain to experience some deep sea fishing at sunset!
DAY 7
Time for our last breakfast, pack our luggage, say goodbye and wrap up this amazing adventure in the afternoon.
ACCOMMODATION
For this expedition, we’ll be staying in a guesthouse (pension de famille) in a key location directly on the best diving spot of Fakarava South Pass.
Each participant will have his own bungalow facing the ocean a few meters away from the Diving Center and the restaurant.
